Vow appoints wealth head - Financial Standard (4 May 2011)

Mortgage broker Vow Financial has made two appointments to coincide with the launch of its new wealth management business.
Justin Dale will lead Vow Wealth Management, a joint venture with financial planning firm The Selector Group, while Leighton King has joined the company as business development manager.
Dale has previously worked for Macquarie Bank, Citibank and Westpac with experience in third party distribution and mortgage broking.
At Macquarie he brought the Macquarie Mortgage Guard product to market, while at Citibank he was manager of third party sales for NSW and ACT.
King has experience with Aussie, South Western Financial Services, GE Finance and Westpac.
Vow Wealth Management is offering its brokers the opportunity to move into financial services and is hopes to secure its own financial planning dealer's licence. It aims to offer all products that are associated with property investments.
