Start Referring Today
There are multiple ways in which you may refer a customer once you have prepositioned Vero;
1. Call Vero on the Vow dedicated phone number to request a quote for your customer*: Phone 1800 074 334
2. Email Vero the call back request form, requesting an outbound call to your customer: Email firstname.lastname@example.org
3. Ensure the customer has a copy of the Vero PDS and have them call the Vow dedicated phone number for a quote themselves: Phone 1800 074 334
4. Vow integration - we are in the process of integrating the Vow platform to allow for one click referrals. Updates will be provided in the coming weeks.
*Please ensure you have all the information in the quote request forms when requesting a quote for your customer. To purchase the policy, please have the customer call Vero directly or contact Vero when you are with the customer.
What do I need to do to begin referring?
Please make sure you have read the attached 'Broker Partnership Guide', for a summary of your obligations and responsibilities noting this is a no advice model.
