Bush Fire Relief Effort

As the year winds down and Christmas nears, we would like to take this moment to thank all our staff and network for an incredible year and wish you, and your families, all the very best for the holiday season.

However, it's important to remember that many of our fellow Aussies will be having a particularly rough Christmas this year.

Following the catastrophic bushfires across New South Wales and Queensland this month, over 850,000 hectares have been razed, three people have died, countless animals have been injured or displaced, and more than 100 homes have been destroyed.

At the YBR Group, our passion for helping everyday Australians and giving back to the local communities is what drives us, so we've decided to band together and help our mates that are struggling with the economic, medical and agricultural effects of these bushfires. So, what are we doing?! Our aim is to raise money across our wonderful network for the NSW Rural Fire Service.

NSW RFS is a volunteer fire service that is committed to protecting rural Australian communities and providing training, community education and prevention. In the event of a catastrophe like this, the NSW RFS is the main source of rescue and evacuation support for our remote farmers and families.

ANZ Qualify

We're excited to announce that ANZ is introducing a new tool to assist Brokers when qualifying a deal with ANZ! Keep your eyes peeled for more in the coming weeks about ANZ Qualify!

Thank you for your feedback! We are pleased to announce we've incorporated many of the suggestions received, as we looked to increase the efficiency and ease of use when calculating serviceability, qualifying LMI or completing a pricing request with ANZ.

ANZ Qualify will be replacing the current ANZ Toolkit. Further details of key changes, as well as how to access the tool, will be communicated with the formal release dates (aiming for early December) to you all to ensure a smooth transition.

What's required from you?

We need your help!

One of the features that we're really excited about is the potential for API functionality between your CRM and ANZ Qualify. What this will mean for your brokers is that they'll have one touch capability and it will remove duplicate work effort as ANZ Qualify will receive information directly from your CRM platform and pre-populate information where possible, for serviceability purposes. Additionally, once a result is determined, the information can be passed back to your CRM for loan lodgement purposes.
