ME's Latest Aggregator Update

Download ME's latest aggregator update here. Last week ME also made a number of policy changes in support of our broker network, namely -

  • ME announced a reduction of their floor rate from 7.25% to 5.25%
  • ME increased LVR for Interest Only borrowers from 80% to 90%
  • ME reduced a range of fixed rates, with their 3-year Owner Occupied rate the lowest they've ever offered

Pepper Commercial Cuts Rates

This week Pepper has made the move to reduce the rate across their entire product range, most notably is our Full Doc range of products and now have Commercial Secured Full Doc Rates starting at 4.70%

This provides a great opportunity to protect your Commercial clients by placing them with a lender that has a 100% Broker distribution model and does not have a Relationship Management team who are focussed on gaining cross sales from your customers.

Pepper Commercial are now able to offer:

  • Child Care secured loans up to 25 Years, up to 60% LVR and at rates 4.70% to 4.85%
  • Boarding House secured loans up to 25 Years, up to 60% LVR and at rates 4.70% to 4.85%
  • Prime Full Doc Loans up to 25 Years, up to 75% and at rates 4.70% to 5.10%
  • Alternative Document Loans starting at 5.56%
