You may or may not have received an update from ANZ yet. But ANZ is excited to share with you the expansion of our policy in respect of acceptable non-permanent resident Visa types!

Pepper Update

We know that this year we will see a big one in terms of the uplift of commercial loans originated via a broker. Pepper is happy to support your team with commercial education for your members and uplift your knowledge and capabilities in commercial lending.

As a result, they have recently announced some recent changes in their commercial offering to brokers. The biggest news was the removal of clawback for our commercial loans. Pepper have reduced their legal fees from $1750 (exc GST plus disbursements) to $750 (exc GST plus disbursements) and made changes to our application fees. They have also opened up their lending Australia-wide to regional and non-metro areas.

Pepper have also appointed a new Commercial Relationship Manager, Jessica Ricketts who is based in Sydney. Jessica has first-hand experience working as a broker support and lending knowledge having worked in banking.
